Return Policy

As always, our main goal is to well serve our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will do everything we can to make it better!

***Please look over your order as soon as you receive it***

⭐️If you think you have received a defective item, were sent incorrect items, or are missing items please contact us within 24 hours.

⭐️Exchanges must be initiated by email or in person within 3 days of delivery or purchase.
Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size or for store credit only (gift certificates.) No cash returns will be given.

⭐️All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and odor-free with tags attached. If damaged in any way, the item cannot be returned.

⭐️Must have receipt or proof of purchase.
Accessories (jewelry, hats, purses, totes), bodysuits, bralettes, shoes, t-shirts, preorder items and anything at a discounted price is not available for exchanges, returns or store credit.

⭐️If exchanging an online order please contact us first. Shipping cost will not be included in the exchange value.

⭐️Whiskey Grace & Co reserves the right to approve or deny exchanges based on individual circumstances.

⭐️Gift Cards cannot be used on any sale items under any circumstances.

*All Orders will be shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

*Shipping is non refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. *The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*If a customer is returning to receive a different size, the customer is responsible for shipping cost. A new invoice will be sent for shipping
